Dear First-Time Home Buyer,

 

   Yes!  It is possible for you to realize the American Dream and become a homeowner!

 

   I remember well the excitement of getting our first home.  What a great feeling of pride!  At the time we didn't think it was possible, but we found out it really was!  Our first home needed some paint and some fixing up but at least it was our baby!

 

   More than likely, it's possible for you too!  Maybe you just need someone who will take you buy the hand and show you how it can be done.  This is the part of my job I really love!
